Dangers of eating outside foods

Whether we like it or not, especially for working adults, we tend to rely a lot on outside foods as our main intake of food. But it isn’t the best idea at all.

There are a lot of reasons that we should lessen our intake of outside foods:

  • Its sodium level is way higher than our recommended daily intake
     
  • The chance of eating an unhealthy oil is high

 

  • Unable to control the portion
     
  • The source of ingredients cannot be guaranteed to be safe

     

So get up and cook yourself a delicious meal!
