We at Vitapack Nutrition (M) Sdn Bhd ("Vitapack," "we," "us," or "our") provide this privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") to help inform you about how we collect information, how we use the information, and with whom we disclose such information. This Privacy Policy relates to our online services (the "Services"), which are available to you through a variety of platforms, including our website (the "Website"), mobile application, and other interaction by telephone, e-mail, chat or other media (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy is formulated in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("Act"), which describes how your information (“Personal Data”) is collected and used and your choices with respect to your Personal Data.

  1. Information collected by the Websites

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will post any changes on the Platform as soon as they go into effect. By accessing the Platform or using the Services after we make any such changes to this Privacy Policy, you are deemed to have acknowledged such changes.   13. Data Deletion

    1. You may proceed to delete your Vitapack account’s data by sending an email request to this After the deletion process, all the information you submitted when registering the account, and activities data in the Vitapack app will be permanently removed.
