How the Program Works
- Participation
- The Referrer shall register an account in VitaPack website before getting the referral link.
- Upon successful registration, Referrer will be provided with a referral link accessible from “My Profile” from the VitaPack website.
- Referral link can be used to refer 5 other individuals(known as “Friends” from here onwards) who shall register for an account at Vitapacknutrition.com
- Upon identity verification of the 5 Friends, the Referrer shall get a promo code via email to use during checkout.
- Eligibility
- The Referrer must register at Vitapacknutrition.com to make a referral.
- Referrers must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring to real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. Referrers cannot refer themselves, i.e., a Referrer may not create multiple or fake accounts with VitaPack or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
- Reward Conditions
- Each Referrer shall only receive one(1) time of unique Promo Code.
- Each Promo Code is only entitled to one(1) time of use.
- Each Promo Code(RM1.99) can only be used up to a maximum amount of RM100 per order. Any additional cost shall be charged accordingly and bear by The Referrer.
Disclaimer
- VitaPack shall reserve its absolute right to publish, use the names of the winners as materials for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity, without any prior notice to winners and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
- VitaPack disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with the Program, and reserve the right, in VitaPack’s sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Program should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond VitaPack’s control, corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of the Program.

- Vitapack reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the promotion submission process, the operation of this promotion or to be in violation of the conditions of access of the website. Vitapack reserves the right to disqualify any person who is reasonably suspects has violated or infringed any of these general terms and conditions and Vitapack reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this online promotion, the promotion submission process, the website and/or Facebook/Instagram account.
