HOW VITAMIN D3 WORKS
Our Vitamin D3 contains 1000 IU of high potency vitamin D3 in every easy-to-swallow capsule. It is reported to have higher stability in blood compared to vitamin D2 due to the higher ability of binding protein towards vitamin D3.
WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS
Epidemiological evidence has linked low vitamin D status to a range of mood disorders. Findings indicated that vitamin D supplementation significantly improved mood and depression[2,3].
